Joseph Slavin has been appointed project manager of Custom Manufacturing Services at Richman Chemical Inc. (RCI). Mr. Slavin has more than 13 years of organic and analytical chemistry experience, with expertise in R&D, including data management and analysis. His project management experience has focused on systems and process efficiency improvements. Most recently he was with the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD), Bureau of Laboratory Sciences, where he spearheaded development of an electronic chain of custody for regulatory sample collection. Prior to his work with PWD, he was a Research Scientist with Adolor Corp.
